Our wines are produced from vines that are trained with a cordon spur training system, the best form of cultivation suited to our area which is capable of enhancing perfumes and flavours in the wines it produces.
Particular attention is paid to the quality of each bunch, cared for with wise pruning throughout the different phases of growth, in order to obtain very low yields that increase their quality.
