Our livestock

We raise hens, pigs, goats and geese, and we have donkeys and Chianina cows. The cows in particular are free to roam and graze amongst acres of land reserved especially for them. We also grow our own fodder, hay, corn and barley, ground on the farm, to integrate their nutritional requirements.
