The Farm aims at offering products that combine fondness of the earth and farming experience to the benefit of quality: all this through reconciling ancient wisdom and the most modern agricultural techniques.

Our Extra Virgin Olive oil is produced exclusively by harvesting perfectly healthy olives picked at veraison (when the colour is just changing) and pressed on the same day using a cold mechanical pressing that makes the oil particularly fine.
